• Consult with you to determine your goals, whether your project involves remodeling or simply redecorating
• Discuss budget
• Develop a design concept for the project
• Color coordination
• Develop furniture layout plans, incorporating new and existing furniture
• Select and purchase furnishings
• Select, purchase, and install art and accessories
• Select and purchase flooring, wall and window coverings
• Develop a lighting plan & specialty fixtures
• Select finish materials and prepare schedules
• Prepare cost estimates
• Provide project review on jobs
• Coordinate orders, shipments, delivery and installation
• Recommend contractors and appropriate trades people
